ONE METHODOLOGY. MANY WINDOWS.
PROMOTIONS
Advancement must be earned.
What this position means
APDD may consider qualified people for additional responsibilities or roles when openings exist. Numbers alone do not confer rank, approval or income rights.
Eligibility and compensation
GROWING WITH APDD: APDD intends to maintain a continuing pool of qualified Collaborators and Affiliates. When positions are available, APDD may email selected, proven Free-Lancers and Lessees inviting them to apply. A Lessee may apply first for a Collaborator position and later for an Affiliate position, subject to availability and approval.
Advancement is earned, never automatic. Reliability, capability, consistent performance, vetting and the appropriate signed agreement matter. An invitation to apply is not a job offer or a guarantee of acceptance or earnings. APDD does not pay second-level or deeper recruitment commissions.
Payment basis: Percentages use gross qualifying revenue, off the top before APDD operating or project expenses. Eligible payouts are initiated after cleared customer funds and required verification, subject to the written agreement.
Participation safeguards
Applications do not guarantee admission, assignments or earnings. Approval requires an available position where applicable, vetting, verification and a signed role-specific agreement. APDD pays no second-level or deeper commissions.
Applicants aged 16–17 require a separate minor application, signatures from all legally required parents or guardians, and applicable federal and state compliance review. APDD does not accept applicants under 16. These rules are draft policies awaiting legal review.
Payment policy: initiate eligible payouts after the bank verifies and confirms APDD has received qualifying funds, subject to the agreement and compliance checks. No guarantee of immediate arrival in the recipient’s account. Illustrations are not guaranteed earnings.
