ONE METHODOLOGY. MANY WINDOWS.

PARTICIPANT POLICIES & ADVANCEMENT

Your contributions matter. Your opportunities can grow.

APDD welcomes participants around the world who bring capability, responsibility, constructive questions and ideas that can improve the experience and opportunities of others.

Participant payouts: every 30 days

APDD uses a 30-day participant payout cycle. Approved earnings are scheduled for payment once each 30-day cycle when qualifying revenue or work exists, customer funds have cleared, verification is complete, and the participant remains in good standing under APDD rules, policies, procedures and the applicable signed agreement.

A payout cycle does not guarantee a payment every month. Exact cutoff dates, adjustments, taxes, refunds and processing terms must be specified in the written agreement. No income is guaranteed.

The ground floor is a beginning, not a ceiling

Every approved role has a purpose. Participants can develop skills, demonstrate reliability, contribute meaningful results and be considered for additional responsibilities when opportunities arise.

Qualified, proven Free-Lancers and Lessees may be invited to apply for available Collaborator or Affiliate openings. Every change of role requires review, approval and an applicable written agreement. Advancement is earned, not automatic.

APDD PARTICIPANT INNOVATION & BRAINSTORMING

Every participant is invited to contribute working ideas. APDD takes seriously suggestions that can help its applications, services, markets, customers and participants develop favorably around the world.

An idea might improve a process, solve a real problem, open a market, reduce waste, strengthen a service, or become a practical new revenue-producing capability. APDD welcomes the questions and challenges that make ideas stronger.

From idea to working opportunity

  1. Present it officially. Submit the idea through an APDD-designated channel and request an acknowledgment of receipt. The formal submission channel will be published when operational.
  2. Document the originator. Record the contributor, submission date, proposed idea and any collaborators or relevant prior work.
  3. Evaluate it fairly. APDD reviews feasibility, originality, benefit, costs, risks and whether the idea deserves testing. Submission alone does not mean acceptance.
  4. Agree before development or commercial use. If APDD chooses to pursue an idea, the parties should document attribution, responsibilities, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality where applicable, compensation terms and any milestones in a separate written agreement.
  5. Test, build and verify. Fund or develop promising ideas only when approved resources and agreements are in place; measure results rather than assume success.
  6. Recognize earned contributions. An accepted originator may receive agreed compensation and may be considered for larger opportunities or a higher role, subject to eligibility, performance, available positions and approval.

Contributor protection: No specific award, royalty, equity interest, reimbursement, promotion or payment amount is promised merely by submitting an idea. APDD should not commercially use a participant's accepted proposal without first resolving the applicable rights and compensation terms in writing. Contributors should not submit confidential third-party information or ideas they lack authority to share.

Help create what comes next: All Points Distribute (APD)

APDD welcomes all participants to voluntary brainstorming meetings through its planned Zoom-like meeting application.

Participation standards

Participants are expected to act honestly, follow applicable laws and APDD agreements, respect confidentiality and privacy, document their work accurately, communicate concerns promptly, and treat other participants and customers with dignity.

APDD should provide clear written rules, a process for raising concerns or disputing decisions, and consistent reviews before imposing significant consequences. Specific enforcement, appeal and termination procedures will be established in the final policies and agreements.
