ONE METHODOLOGY. MANY WINDOWS.
COLLABORATORS
Bring expertise. Solve real problems.
What this position means
Collaborators contribute agreed skills, relationships or work to approved APDD projects and leases. The actual scope and eligibility must be documented before any work or representation.
Eligibility and compensation
APDD 55/45 rule: On a qualifying $100 lease secured by a Collaborator, the Collaborator receives 45% ($45) and APDD receives the initial 55% allocation ($55). APDD then divides its $55 equally with the eligible Affiliate: $27.50 to the Affiliate and $27.50 retained by APDD.
$10,000 website example: Collaborator receives $4,500; APDD's initial allocation is $5,500. APDD splits that allocation: $2,750 to the eligible Affiliate and $2,750 retained by APDD. The initial APDD allocation is not an additional payout.
Payment basis: Percentages use gross qualifying revenue, off the top before APDD operating or project expenses. Eligible payouts are initiated after cleared customer funds and required verification, subject to the written agreement.
Participation safeguards
Applications do not guarantee admission, assignments or earnings. Approval requires an available position where applicable, vetting, verification and a signed role-specific agreement. APDD pays no second-level or deeper commissions.
Applicants aged 16–17 require a separate minor application, signatures from all legally required parents or guardians, and applicable federal and state compliance review. APDD does not accept applicants under 16. These rules are draft policies awaiting legal review.
Payment policy: initiate eligible payouts after the bank verifies and confirms APDD has received qualifying funds, subject to the agreement and compliance checks. No guarantee of immediate arrival in the recipient’s account. Illustrations are not guaranteed earnings.
A LOOK AT WHAT MAY COME NEXT
ALL POINTS DISTRIBUTE (APD)
Our participants deserve to know where we hope to go, not only where we stand today.
APDD is exploring All Points Distribute (APD) as a separate, longer-term undertaking. We are sharing this direction early with Affiliates, Collaborators, Free-Lancers and Lessees so everyone can follow its development and consider how their experience and ideas might contribute.
What we envision
APD is intended to explore new ways to connect people, capabilities and opportunities across communities. Its mission, organizational structure, operating model and specific programs remain under development. We will explain concrete opportunities only after they have been designed, reviewed and approved.
Your voice matters
We intend to invite APDD participants to voluntary brainstorming conversations as meeting tools and schedules become available. Participants may share ideas, raise concerns, challenge assumptions or simply listen. Useful proposals will be evaluated on their merits; no idea, assignment, payment or advancement is guaranteed.
What happens next
As APD develops, we will provide updates about verified milestones, participation opportunities and any formal requirements. Any future APD role, intellectual-property arrangement or compensation would require clear terms and appropriate written agreements.
Planning-stage notice: APD is a proposed future undertaking, not an active enrollment program, available meeting service, employment offer or guaranteed source of earnings. Participation in brainstorming is voluntary and does not affect otherwise earned APDD payouts.
