APDD PARTICIPATION · STAGING DRAFT · NOT AN APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Minor Applicants (Ages 16–17)

APDD policy: applicants younger than 16 are ineligible. Applicants aged 16 or 17 require verified consent from every parent or legal guardian whose signature is legally required, along with APDD vetting and applicable legal review. Parental consent does not by itself authorize employment, contracting or access.

Final forms require qualified legal review; this prototype is not certified legally compliant.

No approval, work, account access, or payout authorization occurs through this demonstration.
